It all started in the baby food aisle. Arlene – instructor at a prestigious culinary school and more importantly, a mother – was checking out the jars. Which all looked pretty unappetizing and on further investigation, tasted pretty dull too.

"This notion of feeding bland food to babies doesn't make sense. Subtle or strong, wonderful flavor exists in all foods. With no added sugar, salt, water or over processing, strawberries should still taste like strawberries. Chicken like chicken. Sweet potato like sweet potato. (I roast mine.) Baby food should taste delicious."
